The Service is proposed to the customer subject to his acceptance of these conditions. The customer declares and admits, consequently, having taken knowledge of these conditions.
The Service is reserved to people legally able to subscribe contracts.
2. Object
The www.i-babel.com site offers to its user the access to a free forum. The site proposes on a purely principal basis a service of electronic announcement, whereby customers can put online texts, pictures, links to videos and links to other websites after payment.
The present terms of service apply to the whole services provided by the company, whether those are bought individually or by group.
By using these services, the customer states to use them in accordance with laws and these terms of service.
3. Conditions of use
Contractual information is presented in several languages and will be subject to confirmation during the purchase procedure. i-babel reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom would exist a litigation of payment without this one being able to claim any allowance.
If a litigation of interpretation of a clause appears, the language to which to refer is French in all cases, for the present ones and for the privacy policy section.
Validation by the customer of its order worth acceptance of these terms of service fully and without reserve. Data recorded by paybox constitute the proof of financial transactions.
Acceptance of cookies is essential for any purchase on i-babel.
4. Price
Prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes.
All purchases are available in euros (€), the european currency. Conversion in your currency is carried out automatically by your bank.
i-babel reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
i-babel products are always invoiced on the basis of tariff in force at the time of the order.

5. Payment and security
Payments are carried out by bank cards: all the Visa cards are accepted as well as the JCB card, American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa international.
The price suggested will have to be paid by credit card by following step by step the described procedure of payment.
The proof of publication is the electronic invoice on your email account.
i-babel uses the system “Paybox” for electronic payments, a reliable solution largely used. (e.g. companies and public organisms such as ACCOR, AIR FRANCE, CNRS, RATP, NOOS, ANYWAY, VIRGIN MOBILE, FRANCE TELECOM, EUROSPORT, WWF...)

6. Availability and delivery
Our offers and prices are available and correct as long as they appeared on the site.
The site was conceived to have a maximum lifespan. However we cannot guarantee any duration.
After payment the brick will appear within a shortest deadline. Its contents will be accessible as long as the site will be online – lifespan of linked contents depends on reliability of third websites.
7. Customers service
The brick being paid right before publication and after a preview by the customer, no request for modification, suspension or cancellation can involve a refunding of payment by L'armée des deux singes Ltd.

8. Guarantees - limited liability
i-babel is not liable for links contents put online by users, sites or videos. i-babel does not control these sites and these sources, and cannot guarantee you availability of such sites and external sources. L'armée des deux singes Ltd does not claim property of contents to which these sites or sources give access, and excludes any liability and guarantee about these contents. Personal information put online by users on the forum in spite of contrary advice of i-babel, and the resulting damages could not engage the liability of the company.
The only guarantee relates to the setting online as soon as possible of a brick recorded by a user after acceptance of payment. The quality of contents depends on the customer.
If however on i-babel a link with an external page with illicit or contrary contents with the rules suitable for the site had been diffused, i-babel will erase, after having been informed of the aforesaid contents, the link with this page.
9. General statements
a. Modifications. L'armée des deux singes Ltd reserves the right to modify terms of service.
b. Applicable law. Terms of service, all acts and operations under terms of the present as well as rights and obligations of the parts will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the French law, and the parts adopt the jurisdiction of France.
c. Jurisdiction. If the parts do not manage to regulate a litigation in the thirty (30) days following a written notification addressed by one of the parts to the other relating to the aforementioned litigation, it will be regulated by the court of competent jurisdiction.
d. Autonomy of clauses of the contract. In the possibility where any provision of the terms of service would be considered inapplicable under the terms of the law in force, this provision will be excluded from the terms of service and the remainder will be interpreted without this provision.
e. Cause beyond control. L'armée des deux singes Ltd and any third party taking part in the supply of the service will not be held responsible in event of failure or delay in the execution of their obligations under these terms of service, resulting from causes independent of their will, with inclusion and without limitation of one case of absolute necessity, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, seisms, riots, wars, acts of sabotage, failures of networks, or incapacity to obtain services of telecommunication or governmental measurements, for as much, however, that the parts concerned make all reasonable provisions in order to mitigate effects resulting of the aforesaid situations.
f. Base negotiation. The customer and L'armée des deux singes Ltd recognize and agree that exclusions of guarantee as well as the limitations of liability or recourse appearing in the terms of service constitute bases of the terms of service.
10. i-babel, rules & advices
The company can at any time interrupt the publication of a brick whose contents would be against laws and regulations in force without having to justify. The customer won't be able to claim allowance after this interruption. This rule applies to the paying services and to the free forum related to the site ;
a. Never display online any personal information such as your complete real name or your phone number that could be used to find you offline.
b. On the bricks you buy do not put link to website that don't allow this without permission. Each brick that contains such links can be erased or modified without notice.
c. Porn content/material is forbidden, whatever the support is : pictures, explicit text, audio and video links to such websites. These bricks shall be erased or modified without notice.
d. In general, every saying or offending contents, namely sexual, racist, hateful or violating copyright of a third are prohibited. The concerned members could be banished and the matching content removed from the forum or the tower itself.
e. All uploaded content on our website must respect legislation in force regarding intellectual property.
f. One message or topic on the forum can be erased or moved by a regulator without notice.
g. You will never be asked for any personal information, or banking ones or your password. Don't give your password to a third party.
h. Respect decisions of regulators of the forum in any circumstance.
i. In no case the company must preserve contents used for the making of a brick, or contents uploaded on the forum.
