a. No personal information will be held after a purchase neither will be requested to create an account on our free forum, except a valid e-mail address. This address will not be communicate to a third party.
b. Information for authentification during the process of electronic payment is not stored by the company.
c. i-babel is against spam. Every given e-mail address will not be used for advertising, spamming or sold to third companies. This email address will just be used to validate your account or your payment or to exchange messages with administrators and moderators of the forum.
d. You can modify, correct or remove at any time any information you've put online to fill your profile.

II. i-babel, rules & advices
The company can at any time interrupt the publication of a brick whose contents would be against laws and regulations in force without having to justify. The customer won't be able to claim allowance after this interruption. This rule applies to the paying services and to the free forum related to the site.
a. Never display online any personal information such as your complete real name or your phone number that could be used to find you offline.
b. On the bricks you buy do not put link to website that don't allow this without permission. Each brick that contains such links can be erased or modified without notice.
c. Porn content/material is forbidden, whatever the support is: pictures, explicit text, audio and video links to such websites. These bricks shall be erased or modified without notice.
d. In general, every saying or offending contents, namely sexual, racist, hateful or violating copyright of a third are prohibited. The concerned members could be banished and the matching content removed from the forum or the tower itself.
e. All uploaded content on our website must respect legislation in force regarding intellectual property.
f. One message or topic on the forum can be erased or moved by a regulator without notice.
g. You will never be asked for any personal information, or banking ones or your password. Do not give your password to a third party.
